Q. What do the rooms include?
A. Bed, computer desk, chair, desk lamp, TV, remote control, dresser, closet, linens and towels and refrigerator.
Q. What amenities does the residence offer?
A.Free High-Speed Internet Access(Wireless), weekly housekeeping, laundry Facilities, vending machines, communal Lounge (with Free High-Speed internet access), microwave (lounge area), computer with free internet access, house phone with free local calls and daily complimentary breakfast.

Q. Can I change the check-in date after my reservation has been confirmed?
A. Yes, you can. However there might be some extra charges.
Q: I am an International student and I do not have a social security number. Can I stay at PSH residences?
A: Yes, just provide us with the information regarding your immigration visa status. For example a student visa (F-1), a work visa (H-1) or a tourist visa (B-1/B2).
Q. How can I pay for rent?
A: We accept cash, traveler's checks, and major credit cards.
Q. Are utilities included in the price of rent?
A. Yes. utilities are included in the price.
Q. Are there any additional charges or taxes if I rent by the month?
A. Just weekly rates are subject to 15.5% city taxes.
Q. Is there A/C or heather in the rooms?
A. There is no A/C but there is heather in the rooms.
Q. If I am not a U.S. citizen what do I need to apply for housing?
A. You need to provide us your passport, Inmigration visa status and credit card information.
Q. If I am a U.S. citizen what do I need to apply for housing?
A. You need to provide us your social security, a valid california identification and a credit card.
Q. How far in advance do I need to book my room?
A. Our residences are available year around subject to availability at the time of booking. However we recommend to make your reservation at least 60 days in advance.

Q. Do I need to make a deposit when I book my room?
A. No. However the deposit will be charged at the time of check-in.
Q. Do you provide Housekeeping Service?
A. Yes, we provide weekly housekeeping and includes fresh linens and towels.
Q: I am under 18 years old. Can I stay at your residences?
A: You need to be accompanied by an adult who will be financially responsible, no minor (under 18) is allowed to stay alone at PSH residences.
